I wanted to put this here so that people not logged in can also see this.
I apologise for the fact that this site has been very unstable for the last few days/week. We ran out of disk space initially and that cut off pretty much everything. As this has been a reoccurring problem recently I arranged to expand the disk quota, but in the process of doing that, the web hosts encountered a number of problems. Then the weekend hit and there was nothing I could do. They are due to have another (final?) attempt at this from 3pm (UK time) today (Tuesday) and hopefully this will then be resolved. However, if this is not the resolved, it may repeat again the next day.
Once this IS completed, the site and server will (should!) settle down and be reliable again. I also apologise to everyone who has emailed me about this. However, my email is linked to the main server here, so when it goes down, I lose access to that too.

Many thanks guys. Fingers crossed, but I think that this is now resolved. Not only the current issues with the server downtime, but increasing the amount of storage that we have available and therefore hopefully making the entire server more stable for the future too.

I have not encountered any problems since logging in today and the forum seems to be running very smoothly.
