Copplestone Castings - Eowyn?
« on: September 06, 2011, 02:19:49 PM »

10mm fantasy line, heros on horseback.

Does anyone have this? Is the figure on the bottom right, or any of them, Eowyn?

Wife has requested an Eowyn model in 10mm.

Also requested an Arwen and Galadriel... any ideas?

For the record, LoTR is protected Intellectual Property, licensed to GW last I heard. So those minis are certainly not LoTR. Given that, I guess the mini is whomever you decide it should be and however you decide to paint it. The scale match to GW's minis is pretty much perfect.

Given you want more females, I suggest the Sorceress on Unicorn from the Bretonnian range. Clip the unicorn horn and you have another figure. Since there aren't many out there, I'm at a loss for where you'll find a third 10mm female that you could use in this case (dark elf chicks being unsuitable for this purpose). Any other females?

FWIW, these are obviously intended to be LotR Rohirrim and the bottom right models is Eowyn. And there's a Gandalf (albeit with a hat and harness on his horse, which any good Tolkein nerd knows Shadowfax wouldn't tolerate.).

This whole line is clearly Tolkeinesque, which is cool.
