Inquisitor: New Secrets/Old Lies
« on: April 21, 2009, 08:25:52 PM »
York Garrison Wargaming Club has started running an irregular event we call Ten4Ten, with a view to doing it three times a year.

It's called "Ten4Ten" because you get ten hours of wargaming for £10.  That's solid wargaming from 9 in the morning to seven in the evening (followed by curry and beer for the over-18s!).

Each event is like a typical club night writ large, with plenty of pick-up tables for players to come along with whatever they've got and play whatever they like.  But at the heart of each Ten4Ten will be something to really make use of that great big lump of wargaming space.  Last time, it was an Apocalypse game.  This time, it's an Inquisitor campaign.

And this is an Inquisitor campaign unlike anything you've seen before.

Hm.  Actually, that's not quite true.  If you encountered the Secrets & Lies campaign then the philosophy of the system will be quite familiar.  But that was in 2005 and we've spent 5 years learning from that experience and the system has been streamlined substantially.  And, better still, we'll be using cards from the Imperial Tarot to keep track players' progress.

Fun?  Well, come along and see.
