There is a Necron list in the fan-made Raiders supplement that is generally well-regarded.  It's also available on EpiComms.

There are also a couple new army lists in development over at EpiComms that reflect GW's recent shift in Necron abilities and background.  The development/playtest area for Necrons is here: http://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd/viewforum.php?f=70
