Tablelayout and scenery.
The marked areas are basic woods
The river has two fords allowing everyone to move normally, Infantry can cross by moving against the river and moving across on a new (succesfull) order
The two villages block LOS on sightlines passing over any part of the base, count as defended for the entire unit if at least part of a stand is on the base and units need to be in 2 cm to look out.
The "tilted" fields allow all units but artillery to go inside, infantry inside count as defended, and cavalry inside a field are considered infantry when forced to retreat. In addition to the above the crops are considered to block LOS as Woods
The Dwarfs have already had their 1st move and are advancing towards the objectives on the flanks, figuring that the artillery will be able to keep the Orcs of the middle objective.

The battlefield from the perspective of the Dwarven Hogh Command hovering in their Blimp.

With a streak of successful commands the green tide washes over the table and on their left flank the wolfriders nab da cows from under the noses of advancing Dwarfs.

While on the right flank of the greenskins the cavalry brigade on the flanks covers the infantry rushing towards the graveyard near the church.

Facing off on the banks of the river...

While the cannons in the redressed battle-line perform as expected annihilating the orcs that had grabbed the centre objective.

The confrontation on the banks of the river becomes a whirling melee

... from which the bloody nosed dwarfs fall back in disarray ...

... and the wolfriders make a dash towards their baseline to start preparations for the BBQ.

On the other flank the cavalry crash into the advacing trollslayers

Allowing the goblins and their ogre "tenders" to pillage the church and the graveyard, grabbing the 3th objective.

After having obliterated the trollslayers the cavalry no threatens the flank of the dwarven line

Another salvo from the canons clears the area around the objective in the center.

Dwarven warriors engage the pillaging goblins, but a smart sacrifice from the remaining goblin stand by Jo forces me to engage the ogres...

... which in retrospect was NOT a good idea...

... as my lines now start to look like the bulging bellies of my troops...

... while the dwarven right flank has holed up in the village (where they must have found the beer-cellar.

The Belly is punched, hard, when two units of boar-riders slam into it, while the Ogres, carrying their acquired booty, slam into the rangers...

... meatgrinding through bits and pieces to end up in the back of the warriors guarding the cannons.

The smile on that cow is echoed on the face of the greenskin´s commander.

Time was running out, after 3 full turns we did a quick roundup of casualties. With control over the "cows" the Orcs and Goblins were up ahead on VP, and we where both still some units from BPs.
Great fun and VERY well behaved Orcs follwing orders are a hard lot to beat !!
