Warmaster Undead Army/High Elves need help

My friend presented me with WM Undead army bit I never played it or read the rules
can you tell what is what in those models and are they all can be in 1 army

Can those armies have more or less balanced play or Undeads have much more points?

Looks like you may have around a thousand points (half an army) per side. Enough for you to play a skirmish battle to get to know the rules but not rerally enough to do a decent battle (which in my humble opinion means playing with at least 2000 points per side).

Yes, the High Elves generally cost more than the undead, unit for unit.
