Preparation and plans for the next painting challenge

At the moment I am going to be doing chaos dwarves and albion forces for the next challenge.
Although the acquisition of an araby and/or bretonninan force may change this.
For the chaos dwarves I will be using the goblinoids from my orc army to make up that part of the army.
I also painted these for the trial army book modelling supplement.
So to complete this army I will be doing 3 units of blunderbusses, 3 units of bull centaurs, 7 units of CD warriors a sorceror on a lammasu, a sorceror and a earthshaker cannon.
Here they are all prepped and ready to paint.
Along with the lava bases needed for them.
I also plan to do my final warhawk rider unit to finish off my wood elves.
I will post pics of the albion stuff when I have finished these

I think I'm up for this, aiming for a 1000 pt Chaos army. That said, I'm wondering if there's enough energy/interest on here to make it worth while? It's got pretty quiet on here recently. I'm tempted to head back over to Warseer to spread the WM love to a larger audience. But, if there are enough people on here who are up for chatting and sharing pics I'd be pleased to join in here again. What do people think? Any other army painters out there at the moment?

I've got a load of jobs around the house, plus planting and sowing season to keep me busy well into Spring.
Saying that though, I am still very much up for restarting my EIR army to try getting a unit or two more done for the May Historical Wargames Campaign at Warhammer World. I've got my Space Hulk models to do as well, but I should be able to polish off a unit every two or three weeks, well maybe...

I still got a lot of minis to paint. So I´d like to share my work and pics with you. But I think I cant finish a unit per week. More or less two weeks in average and sometimes longer when I paint several units simultaniously. I hope my irregular pics contribute a little to keep this thread alive.

I've been doing alot of prep work the last couple months for our local game convention, so my Warmaster painting has been neglected. But the Con is coming soon on the first weekend in February so I am looking forward to starting another painting challenge here once that's wrapped up. I will be looking to finish the rest of my Ostland army in "part two" of the challenge. Not really new and exciting for people but the challenge will help me get it finished.
And then on to something new, like orks....

It looks like there are at least five of us interested in having a go which is great
. I expect to be slower than ever this time as I've got a few BB commissions to finish up but I'll be in with my Chaos army. I'll post a picture of my box of unpainted stuff and my list as soon as I can. This time I'm going to experiment with some speedpainting (for me). So expect spraycans, washes and batch painting!

Count me in also!
I will continue with my Cthulu-Daemon army.
Azarael: Those Chaos Dwarfs look awesome! I love the blues and reds, and those bases really catch the eye!
