Very nice table again Stormwind!  Great see-saw of a battle, you looked good at first but your cavalry got smashed.  Nice comeback though.  Dark Elves are deadly inside 20cm. 

What kind of fight was it? straight 2k battle, or are those objectives I see?

Just 1500 points - we have found that 2000 whilst a good balanced fight takes significantly longer especially if both armies have a higher break point (Orcs vs Tomb Kings etc.) and that's not good if you are doing a day with tables waiting for an opponent to finish!

A couple of years ago we did one with objectives but this time it was just to breakpoint really.  The obelisks i have there are just for "window dressing".  I always intend to make more of that kind of thing like you see in the old GW official photographs.
