Scenery Tables and Terrain Type summary

Please find attached some scenery tables I have created for generating themed battlefields.

Also included is a handy Terrain Guide which is founded on the work already done by Aldhick and cjbennet22.

I attach the Terrain Guide as a separate document for those not interested in the tables.
