Characters mounted on monsters charge dice

Does a character mounted on a monstrous mount get the charge bonuses that a monster would get? For example, a general riding a dragon would get 5 dice base, but then if it joins a unit that charged, would it get the Charging in the Open, and Monster/Chariot charging in the open bonuses for a total of 7 dice?

nope, char and mounts do not get charge bonus... they do not 'charge' into combat, they ' join' a unit in combat.
