[Battle report] Crusades in Araby

This game is between an alliance of empire kislev and bretonians agains arabs during the second crusade.

It is play as a playtest of the Navas de Tolosa battle I am preparing for WMM. So the rules used are WMM and the armylist are those prepared for that battle and based in El Cid Armylist and Almoravid armylist.

Anyway, the battle has been reported as being fantasy. Clicking the image enalarge it.

Araby tactis consist in fight with the vanguard with the less power units to damage the empire army and put the best units and shoot protected in the hill. That fact makes them lost the battle as his army was divided. Empire army only face the half of araby army and could destroy a lot of units and get the breakpoint before fighting with the units in the hill.

That is an example that sometimes is better to abandon the security of the hill and goes down to present battle in open.

That was a very fun and excited game
