What colour should I paint my Ogre team?

I'm stuck, need some inspiration    I was thinking of a pale blue-grey uniform with rich blue armour plating, but that might be too similar to the eavy metal-painted team.  Anyone got any good ideas?

I've just come up with another scheme.  Creamy uniforms with terracotta red/brown armour plates.  In my imagination it looks better, and it seems to be more... Ogre-y than blue.

Problem is, I've already completed ten snotlings and half done one ogre    Not sure if I should strip and repaint or just suck it up and keep going with the blue.

Old skool!  Your #1, I've got him, but the others in my team are the new ones.

A little embarassing here, but I just realised I transposed the left and right arms on two of them during assembly.  Somehow it took me over a week and two layers of paint before I realised 

Can't be bothered ripping them off right now.  Maybe tomorrow.

Those new ogres are really nice, the only downside is that they are pretty big on the pitch but that's also what makes them so cool. My ogres are titchy in comparison but painting a team did give me an excuse to hunt down the older sculpts (the player missing from this shot is my sixth ogre, the older first edition one). Collecting the old snotlings was also good fun.

Did you take them to a BB GT/NAFC at Warhammer World once? Get into Best Painted?  I think I've seen them before.

I finished a couple days ago, sadly I seem to have misplaced my camera so no photos.  I ended up doing the ogres in the terracotta scheme and imo they do look better than the blue.  I'm not so sure I can be bothered re-doing the snotlings though.

I don't think mine went to the GT (the last one I went to I took Skaven and that was a while ago) though I may have lent them to someone from the Waterbowl league at some point. The last outing these guys had was either at the Stunty Cup or at a Waterbowl Weekender a while back.

Now that you've mentioned the GT, I really rather fancy a tournament weekend...
