The Enforcer Rules are up in the Necro Area.  Take a look.  Some suggestions and comments have been applied from earlier comments.

Revamped Enforcer Precincts
Hired Guns (three unique to Enforcers)

They are Experimental in the sense that they are not official.  They are re-vamps based on a lot of player input on what they would like to see the Enforcers evolve into.  They are more than Fan based as they address issues that have been brought up about playability, variety, campaign use etc.

Take a look at them and see what you think.

Ok cool. I had a look. I'm not a enforcer player but they looked good. Much better then the official rules which are more for arbitrators then real players. The thing about handlers getting 3 cyber dogs looked a bit weird to me. A bit much. Really liked taggers.

Can anybody post rules in the Experimental Rules Feedback forum or is it just mods? I have some map based campaign rules that we always use that some players might like. Or do rules in the Experimental forum need to be re-vamps of official rules only?
