That in case anyone was actually wondering is what I meant my my tongue in cheek comment. For IMHO without the guiding hand of someone to actually decide what is or isn't any good or going to work then there shall forever be disagreement over the lists in one way or another. IoW, you need someone, rather than a committee to take the blame or to be there to complain at when something doesn't work...
