WM bases
« on: March 31, 2010, 12:01:03 AM »
I bought my blister of skaven soldiers brand new from gamesworkshop but when I opened it there were no bases for my new minis so I thought I was supposed to make my own bases, but now I have seen people mention their figs had bases. this makes me a little miffed since I bought my mini's new and un-opened. I need to know what is the proper size to make for my almost finished pack of skaven since I will be taking them off the painting stick soon.

Are their any template size templates for makingo ones own?

I had a similar issue with Epic infantry last year, took a fair bit of ringing and emailing but eventually they sent me lots :) admittedly immediately following a snotty email....

For crying out loud!  For $15 you would think GW would be happy to send you some bases.

I use 1.25mm plasticard, just use a metal ruler and scalpel to score the plasticard and snap it into rectangles the correct size, enough bases for a whole army for about £1.
