What would be the optimum equipment set up for an enforcer precinct squad?

Basically you don't really have many options when playing an Enforcers Team, as it's said in the part for their rules:

Quote
Weapons: The Sergeant, Enforcers and Handler are all
armed with a knife, bolt pistol and choke gas grenades. The
Cyber-mastiff is armed with its teeth(!). Any member of the
squad may replace their bolt pistol with a laspistol. The
Sergeant may replace his bolt pistol with a plasma pistol if
desired.
In addition each member of the squad may be armed with
one of the sets of weapons from the following list.
Equipment may not be changed during the campaign.
• Up to one member of the squad may have a heavy
stubber.
• Up to one member of the squad may have a flamer, or
a plasma gun, or a grenade launcher equipped with
choke, frag and krak grenades.
• Any member of the squad may be armed with a bolt
gun or combat shotgun or power maul or
suppression shield.
• Any model may replace their bolt pistol with a power
maul and suppression shield.
• Any member of the squad may be armed with meltabombs
and photon flash flares.

So I guess you should go for a few members equipped for Close Combat and a few others equipped for Shooting, but keep in mind that you're not playing the whole 10 members + doggy in a game but only half of the team (ie 5 Enforcers):

Quote
This means you may not usually use your entire Precinct
squad when you fight a battle, and must instead select a
five-man Patrol team that will take part in the battle. You
may select any five members of the squad to take part. The
Cyber-mastiff and its Handler must be taken together (you
can’t split them up) but only count as a single member of
the five man patrol (ie. you can take the Cyber-mastiff, its
Handler and four other squad members).

Since they are limited to 5 per game, as mentioned, I'd think up a 5man squad, and double it. One squad would have the heavy weapon, one squad would have the special weapon, as no member can go out more than twice in a row.

I'd go:
1. Heavy Stubber /// Grenade Launcher (Gets Frag, Krak, Choke, Flash)
2. Bolt Pistol and Supp.Shield (Guard/cover the heavy/specialist)
3. Shotgunner (Seeker rounds are brilliant)
4. Shotgunner /// Handler with Shotgun and Cybermastiff
5. Boltgunner

The /// representing differences in the two squads. I wouldn't take power mauls personally, as you can either have Boltpistol/Powermaul, lacking some range and a shield, or Powermaul/Shield, completely lacking range, except for your flashbangs. Plus powermauls are devastating in-game, but everyone taken out by it is automatically A-OK after the game.

This is definitely a more 'shooty' version, and just one of many variants. There really isn't an optimum, as it's very much determined by who you fight, and what the board consists of.
