[Identification] Orcs & Gobelins
« on: June 01, 2011, 05:40:39 AM »
Could someone id this unit for me ?

It does not seem to be classical orc, nor black orc, nor savage orcs... Maybe a melting of all that ? The standard looks like savages orcs.

It looks like common orcs with the alternate command strip.

A lot of units have 2 versions of the command strip- this is just the less common Orc one.

Yup, regular Orks. Didn't realize that command strip wasn't as common as the other though.

It must be luck because I have 24 units of Orcs and about 18 of them are this variant?
To me it is the flag version that is rare?

I'm not really sure if one version is actually rarer than the other, but I know the six units I have all carry the flag, and in most photos I've seen the skull version appears less often.

If anyone happens to be wanting to sell some of the above skull-banner versions I'd have an interest (PM of course- Don't mean to drag this off topic).

OK, so just an alternate version of the classical orcs. Could someone give pictures of the other variants ?
I'd like to compare them.
