Figures for Beastman Tuskgor chariot?
« on: July 12, 2012, 07:05:43 AM »
Does anyone have suggestions for the Beastman Tuskgor chariot?  Here is the current version:
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440031a&prodId=prod580007a

I know there are the GW Chaos Chariots, but they're not very Beasty looking.

I think the closest would be putting beastman riders in a GW Orc Character chariot that's pulled by boars.  But I'm looking for something more easily accessable.

There's Pendraken's Orc boar chariot, but the boars look like they have no legs.

There's also Pendraken's Goblin wolf chariot

& Irregular's Orc wolf chariot
http://sg.tacticalwargames.net/forum/index.php?topic=4271.msg32252#msg32252
but the wolves don't look like Tuskgors

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion, but the historical chariots would only have horses instead of the boar-like Tuskgors.

Yep you need to take some tuskigors. Pendraken have a some odd ones, that seems like a car have run on them http://sg.tacticalwargames.net/forum/index.php?topic=4460.0

But Pendraken in the same range of orcs have a very great tusk (completly different) called giant armoured warboars FO11

http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Fantasy-c21/Orcs-sc164/

I do not have the figures and do not know about his size but could be good. Then you could mixed it with the chariot you want.

Hope it helps

Thanks a lot, that looks like an excellent substitute if it will fit.  I was only looking at chariots, I hadn't thought to look at stand-alone monsters.
