Are these prices current "going rates" on the oop stuff? It would be helpful to have a post with current going rate prices on specific models.

Did the hammerers/norse marauders go for more because they were in blister? Or would the price have been similar if mint loose metal?

I gladly pay more for sealed in blister stuff for a number of reasons. Hammerers and teutogen guard are the most expensive warmaster units I have ever seen personally.  They bring in 200+ in the last 3 weeks on ebay.

The Phoenix Guard went for only £25, which is strange, as the usual going price for the HE OOP stuff is closer to 40, even loose.

It's all Caveat Empor stuff really, So many things posted all at once got everyone who wanted something interested.  Things seem to go for cheaper if it's just one or two things that lurk about on ebay and can be overlooked.

I am just glad that some people are now out of the bidding for future kislev items.

They r simply not worth that much IMO.

I'm surprised that the Orc Archers went for GBP 84.00!!

Are they even GW?

I missed out on the few items I was really wanting just like the rest of us i.e. Dwarf Hammerers....  way too much $$.

However, I did manage to get the siege mantlets for a decent price (compared to other units/prices).

This is making me wonder if I should put my NIB Phoenix guard blister up and my opened but complete Storm of Magic Character Blister (there are 6 strips in that blister right?) up as well.

I bid for one of the packs of Norse Marauders (NOT the one that went for over £100 I hasten to add!)
The bidding seems a bit, well, random. Phoenix Guard for under £25 yet Hammerers for £250??

E bay can be like that though, I guess it all depends who is 'in town' at the time!

Yeah it's strange!  Mind you, I've seen PG units "hiding" in several job lots of High Elves over the past few months - but I have been on eBay looking for WM since January, and I've not seen any hammerers or Norse marauders.

The same guy who sold these models in-blister was also selling painted armies. Given he didn't seem to know what some of his stuff was (Empire knight types, and the elite halberdiers) I wonder how much rare stuff crept out unnoticed in those army deals?

I sent a message to the seller, after getting my invoice, asking about the Orc Archers.

My message:

No problems at all.

You must be very happy with your Warmaster auctions.... They went for a pretty decent amount!!  I was trying for the Dwarf Hammerers but was well and truly outbid for my limit.

A quick question - the Orc Archers... Are they GW or another company?  The reason I ask is that there is a lot of chatter on the Warmaster website as to their nature.  A lot of die hard Warmaster players have never seen or heard about GW Orc Archers, either limited run or unreleased.

Another favour to ask (if possible) is, can you please take some closer photos of the orc archers and send them to me?  I would greatly appreciate some clearer, close-up pictures.  If it's possible to do so before you send them off to their new owner, could you please send them to this email address:  <email address removed per policy>

Thanks very much for the items I was able to acquire.  I'll let you know when they are safely delivered.

Cheers,

I think shell shocked is the best description for some of the prices.
The Orc Archers are packed to go I'm afraid.  Origin, I'm not certain.  They were in a bag in the box of Warmaster figures which I hadn't opened for 4 or 5 years
They had GW bases but I don't know what they are.
