Here's my entry!
First up, the miniatures before prep. I decided to use one of the figures from War Monger's GreatSwords as the commander. I wanted to base my unit with 4 rows of 3 men.

Pikes straightened and mounted on popsicle sticks. I didn't have to remove any flash or stray bits of metal.

Command row. I created a Warmaster base for archers, and decided to use that for the command stand.

Part way through painting. Going for a red and white color scheme.

Finished unit, ready for play. The Fluer-dy-Lis is free hand.

There was no clean up to be done, other than gently straightening out the pikes. To get rows of 3, I clipped some of the stands apart, but that was no big deal. I backed up the inclined pikes by one row to minimize the amount y which the pikes would overhang the front edge of the base.
I saw that some other folks based the pikes in rows of 2, which I think looks great. However, I have 3 units of pikes converted from Empire Halberds that are based in 4 rows of 3 men, and I need this units to fit in with that basing scheme.
