A few more scavvy questions (i think these should be the last
)
1. If a scavvy boss is killed so an ordinary skavvy becomes the new leader does he gain the followers special rule?
Yes, all new leaders get the leader skills. This includes followers for scavvies.
From the faq:
Q: If the boss dies, and another scavvy takes his place, does that scavvy automatically get the Leadership and
Followers rules?
A: Yes. Per the Slain Leader rules in the Leadership Article (FM2) ‘If the leader of a gang is slain, the gang fighter
with the next highest Leadership characteristic takes over the gang, and gains the Leadership skill along with any
other special rules and Equipment lists available to the old leader.’ Since the Boss is the leader this would apply to
him.
2. Do Skavvy gangs get the discounted cost on weapons that are on their house weapon list after the 1st game or do they pay the standard cost from the trade table?
Scavvy weapons lists count as a house weapon list, and so for typical expenditures use that lists prices. This goes beyond the first game.
3. Does a rival gang that kills a scavvy (or any outlaw) add the bounty value to its income or profit?
(In the game i just played my boss was killed and was worth over 170 creds and just thought that seemed like alot of credits for the other gang to have - it certainly make my mates gang a certain force in its next fight)
Bounties get passed through the table, so that 170 creds would be added to the money they got from the territories or loot counters or however else they can get money.
Basically the only time that I can think of when you wouldn't use the income/profit table is for ransoms. If someone captures one of your gangmembers, and you pay X creds, then they get that exact X creds.
