Well shucks, thanks everyone. Ill need to show off my ladders later. I cut that balsa to size and just dipped it right into the can. Then leaned them up high and the texture held a bead of the stain making it a lot darker across making the illusion of ladder rungs.

I have also added pieces of the paper houses from brumbaer (sp) to try and make the towers look like they were made from the structures around the sieging army. Fairly simple construction as you can cut the wood sheets with a utility knife.

Con the other side muy pc broke dwon. So i m not ver y happy uploading imagen from the tablet. Thats why i al not posting toó many imagen. When they will be bases then iwill upload pics

those are really nice.  Chaos marauders are about the hardest things to paint up.  I myself just painted 2 units a while back and it was such a nightmare.  Constantly having to go back as I missed something because there is so many details on them.  I think Stormwind painted up a unit on his "lead mountain" thread that turned out very well and he mentioned their difficulty also.

One of the things I noticed with the Marauders is that I'd initially thought they were all wearing leather gloves.  Then I peered closer and whilst some of them are, most others seem to have bare hands / arms and then have bracers on their wrists!

Loads of little details like that on them.

I should if i want to paint muy Mead mountain... Uff 25% discount in newline designado and weak pound... It is difficult to reduce its volume

Thanks for the comments and, yes, lot of pesky detail on the Marauder minis.  But they are some of the best scuplts GW did for WM and so I forgive them for the amount of time it too me to paint them.

I second the comment on you being a painting machine. You are welcome for the weak pound. It's English tradition for the poorest in our society to vote for austerity and recession!
