In the Nippon Army Selector there is a Min/Max restriction of -/1 for Retinue. This means only one Retinue Mount per 1000 points.
In special rules *9 the wording is ambiguous. For every 1000pts a General or Hero can gain household retinue.
Does this mean that in a 1000 points army with one general and two heroes I can have three Retinues? Totalling 3x 25 points?
Or just one Retinue for either the general or one of his heroes, totalling 1x 25 points?
