I'm afraid the horse look a bit off to me.

Not completely certain why, but the look rather more like dogs, than horses. I think the body seems a bit short, and perhaps the legs are a bit short and chunky (though I realise there may well need to be a compromise for strength). Perhaps the nose needs to taper a little more?

some poses are great like left one of the third pose !

other are a little bit awkward. IMHO heads little small look like catlike animals.

Don't have a strong opinion on their shape.  And I would want to wait until I saw them with harnesses etc.  That might change the look somewhat.  Just glad that this is being taken forward.

They're WiP shots, the musculature is there but he's sculpting the details on now.

They're looking good to me - will be a really interesting base for - Knights, pistoliers, artillery haulers etc. <3

OK, here's the final blanks. I talked a bit more with Bob, and decided that having him sculpt these to completion to sell would be counter productive. He'd have to file manes/musculature off when adding armor, tack and riders. So that being said, I won't be putting these up on the site for sale. However, if you'd like some just PM or e-mail me and we'll work something out.

I wasn't happy with the heads on horse 3, 5 and 6 (left to right) so Bob took a second try at them:

Any thoughts before I have them sent off to me?

Oh ok so these are the "base" for the other units he'll make with them - that seems fair.

Looking good.

I can see the logic of not doing 'naked' horses. I assume that these ones will be cast up to use as bases for all the various cavalry? If there is demand for plain ones you could always do them later.
