[ENTRY] Undead chariots, infantry, (pygmy) archers and skull chucker

The pygmy photos didn't come out very well, so I've included a close up of one stand:

Finally, scratch built skull chucker - my September pride and joy!

Steady hand, thinned white paint and a lot of swearing.

Tartars and myceans varnished and based.

I will try to add a unit of siphais kapiculu (ottoman elite cavalry) and a unit of artillery before the month end.

Ok I guess I am not painting more for this month. It is not a bad balance at all. Ten units and a couple of characters.

[ENTRY] Jchaos

I enjoy painting ottoman turks a lot, and I advance incredible quickly in the army. I expect finish it next month. Also I painted a couple of units of the mycean army, so I am one step closer to finish it.

The work of September is:

An Empire Mage:

Mycean hero and chariots

Mycean infantry

Turks Azabs - archers

Turks Jenizzars - Archers elite soldiers

Turks skirmishers - light infantry

Turks cannons

Turks akinci dellis - light infantry, known as madmen, bloodthersty scouts

Turks akinci tartars - light infantry, steppe horse warriors (by the way with a conversion of painting the figure could be cool for Gandalf)

Turks sipahi Kapicullu - Shock cavalry, Slaves at the gates regiment they are elite

Turks sipahi Silhidars - Shock cavalry, Bodygurads of the Sultan

Turks character

Turks encampament, tent,

A picture of all painted in september (I forgot the mage... sorry)

Nice work everyone!  I sadly am not going to finish my pledge, I got distracted into working on some 10mm scenery and the orcs and giant fell by the wayside.  Looking forward to seeing all the other entries!

Scenery is great, too, though!

I'm so glad we're doing this again as it's a good inspiration to keep painting.  I've painted 27 units of Warmaster this year, more... models of any kind than I've ever painted in a year before.

6 units high level painted, and very similar each other... ( I mean possible to suffer burn out effect) a lot of effort!
