About face on initiative

Has anyone played around with allowing units in initiative range to about face so they are facing an enemy unit?
Putting a flyer behind an army to impose a command penalty seems to be a regular tactic, and it becomes difficult to deal with.  This would help out a little I think.

Hail Caesar added this to the initiative options. It always seemed like a sensible thing to me.

BOFA allows units with all round vision to initiative charge or evade from any in range, this seems very sensible
