Khorne Chariots

Anyone ever made or seen pictures of how other people have made a Daemon army Khorne Chariot?

I thought perhaps by using a chaos chariot base, Khorne Daemon Horde crew and a Juggernought to pull it (cut the rider off the daemon hero model riding a juggernought). This would be very expensive I know but it would look awesome?

Just an idea - looking for inspiration if I get a certain e bay bid successfully.

Other ideas welcome.

You mean like these:



The Juggernauts are from the character pack the rider is clipped off and the details resculpted. The chariots are Chaos Chariots, the yokes are made of plasticard. The crew are clipped from bloodletter strips I had to resculpt the hooves and I added the whips from the chaos chariot drivers.

I did mine with TK chariots, epic flesh hounds and bloodletters snipped off of the strips.

I did no Khorne so far but made mine in "Nurgl" style.

Take the Daemon beasts and cut away the riders.
Take the O&G character pack and use the boss Chariot
Take a unit of Nurgle daemon warriors.
Handcraft the drawing equipment for the monster pulling the chariot yourself with plastic coated wire
Finaly paint it as you prefer.

That´s how it looks like afterwards ......pic to be seen in WARMUSTER issue # 1of Daemon Chariot units made by DaveC (all daemon types) and myself (for Nurgle)...... but I agree ....not a cheap conversion. You have to calculate with aprox. 120,- Euros when doing 3 units and buying all the things you need.

Thanks guys - some really good ideas here! My plans for a Khornate only Daemon army took a bit of a knock recently when the "never released" Khorne Heros riding juggernoughts I was bidding on e bay went for over £100!!!

Anyone here got them?
