Border Town Burning - 2nd edition
« on: October 14, 2010, 12:28:59 PM »
Alright, the new updated and corrected version of the Border Town Burning supplement is only a few days away. If you have any questions, comments, errata-type-of-things that you would not like to see missed, please post them now so we can warrant inclusion. Another revised edition of the supplement is very unlikely to happen in the foreseeable future.

Sweet! I think that I have asked all of my questions but I'll put my thinking cap on just in case. This is too good an opportunity to pass up. :D

Alright, the second edition of the Border Town Burning supplement for Mordheim is out now! The revised and updated version incorporates a number of corrections and clarifications that were brought to us by the many gamers that have been playing with these rules during the last one and a half years since the initial release of this all original fan-made supplement. For more information visit the website:

Also, with the BTB website being as it is we will move on to blogger.com to maintain a blog about our new Mordheim stuff, which will eventually result in an all new supplement for Mordheim. Check it out at:

Hey there BtB I have a couple of questions for you in regards to the btb setting and ruleset. My local gaming club is currently running a btb setting and we have ran into need of a couple of rules clarifications.
My marauder cheiftan just received his mark of chaos and can now cast spells...I rolle foresight as his spell, my seer also has foresight, in the rules for foresight it says may only be cast once per pre game sequence  does this imply once per caster which can cast it or one time only making having it twice useless?
If I cast foresight successfully and my  random roll indicates a hero that is missing the battle already due to injury do I reroll or does the roll stand?
We have a lizrdmen player who through the damned shall burn received some warhounds , are they as per the equipment warhounds or do they occupy a space on your record sheet?
In the master equipment list it says marauders  can take wolf cloaks, do I use the standard town cryer rules for this?
If a cheiftan with the mark of tchar finds the mutating vault can he select another spell as his academic skill?
If a cheiftan with the mark of tchar gains the liber chaotica does any spells he allready knows count as being learned twice for spell difficulty?
If a cheiftan manages to become a daemon Prince , and is sent in to border town burning, does he still become a dramatis personae?(I am 2 artifacts away ias why I ask?
Thje email adreess for btb does not work any more  so I posted all this here I hope that that is not a problem.
Look forward to hearing what you have to say about these questions.
Thanks in advance
