Auction settings restrict selling to US only....so the price will not get as high as if international bidders would be allowed.

NEVER trust this indication. I tried to bid and everything was ok and my address is in france. I asked the seller and he told me there was no problem. So it is just someone who don't know very well the market and ebay probably. He will have a big surprise i guess with this sell.

What do you think of other items he is selling ?

all the other stuff he is selling is not rare.
It´s standard Units you can still buy on GW page.
