Slaan Models

I'm sure many people have asked this question previously, but what do people suggest as models for a slaan team?

I am currently playing games using kroot models as a get me by ( unconverted still with guns ), i started to convert one, but i just dont have the time at the moment.

I've seen a few teams converted from various Kroot and Skink pieces, and BBFigs has some Kroot conversions sprues dues soon, which will convert basic Kroot figs (while still keeping them GW legal iirc).

Other than that, there's a few indie manufactuers that makes suitable replacements (if you're not bothered about having GW figs), for example RollJordan and Eureka.

My friend picked up some of these and they are really nice sculpts.

They have some more coming out soon to get a variety of poses.

Another friend who is actually going to be playing the Slann team is using the old Confrontation metal wood-like elves.
They have a bunch of fairies and jumping elves. He considered the Slann team "how the wood elves should be". Anyway, Kroot seem reasonable and easy to convert.

A long long Time ago there were Slann-Warrior Models. Ok during this time Slann was a general term for "Lizzardman"

you might want to have look at Impact Miniatures they stock Rolljordan Horned frogs most players in New Zealand and Australia are using these as a Slann Team. I have made an order for a team of these.
