Gobelin infantry oop ?

Hello guys.

The classic gobelin infantry is not available on the GW site for some weeks now. Do you know if they are retired ? I have seen them noted as oop on ebay several time now.
If yes, i fear it will only be the beginning of a massive end for the production of our figs for warmaster...

I always assumed eBay OOP things were mostly mislabelled.

The Australian GW site advertises the goblins as available. It's doing something starnge with Black Orcs though.

I don't think that's right. I think it's the goblin archers that are OOP, the photo on the GW site is wrong. That photo has been on the GW site for well over a year, should be goblin infantry.

I'm assuming the ebay seller has looked at the GW site and couldn't see goblin infantry. But you'll get infantry if you order warmaster night goblins

Bad news is the goblin infantry is oop for quite some while now. The only one I know of were the "forest goblins" with spears.

Good news is the standard goblin unit (and all you'll ever need for the Orc&Goblin army) are and have always been the night goblins. And they are still available.

In the UK the Night Goblin infantry (in strips with spears and squigs) are still available.
The old Night Gobin Archers have not been avaialable for a loooong time.

I echo Azrael's position. If you can afford it, buy what you need now because the entire Warmaster range is likely to very suddenly disappear down a black hole at some unspecified point in the future.

I am currently toying with the idea of buying the last army that I really want for Warmaster (I own 7 large armies) but do not own yet, a large (4K+) Vampire Counts army but it is a horde army and would cost me over £500!

Dave, have you seen the guy on eBay, who periodically puts up 20 unit batches of VK stuff?
Not really been watching recently, but these auctions used to go for peanuts.
Would be interested in knowing where he managed to get such a MASSIVE collection from

Yes, I know the guy you are talking about. He puts up 20 strips at a time, every time and has been doing for well over a year?

In my opinion this means these figures are re casts and so I haven't touched them
(which is probably why they are going for peanuts!)

Besides - he doesn't sell armies or spreads of units he seems to put up just one or two figure types up at a time?
I don't think he plays Warmaster?

I did buy the 2 alt daemon princes from him.
They didn't seem like recasts and he has sold quite a few of those too.
