A very original reference. It is inspired in the Tale (german tale? belgium tale? holland tale?) The musician figure has a piper, but in the version of the tale which came to Spain the musician had a flute.
It make me think about a Empire hero which has a special feature against skaven... do not know... maybe -1 to all rat in radio, or maybe in the spell phase with 5+ can move 1 unit 1D6 in his direction or something like that
