Magister Militum CRL001- Carolingian Heavy Infantry

4 variants in this pack, nicely in scale with GW stuff, good detail if somewhat standard poses, these sculpts are in the slimmer Magister Militum style

i was thinking of using them as alternative empire halbardiers representing one of the more backwards provinces, or as an alternative for Kislev axemen, as they seem to fit the stlye of kislve better than empire

Yep, Empire is Reinassence, last quarter of XV and XVI century. Bretonnian is XIII - XIV century. Araby is also Reinassence XV XVI ottoman turks and Kislev, I guess, is also reinassence XVI-XVII polish-russian (Eissenstein Ivan the terrible film is a great example of kislev).

In my humble opinion those figueres are cool for backwards provinces of empire or bretonians.
