Just discovered the print with stats option there - absolutely amazing!  This will really help me getting starter lists done at the last minute in the future. =P

I added the Warmaster Ancients special rules (just noticed there's some errata for them though, I'll get to that later) and the first two Chariot War lists.

Any chance a mod can sticky this on the WM Historicals discussion board too?

I just picked up a copy of WM Medieval Armies. Any chance of these being included in time?

Again, great work on this - just had a look over the selectors for the two WMA armies I have the most interest in, and they are definitely a leap up from what I was using.

Yep, I'll get to them at some point. With the historical rulebooks not being digital they take a bit more time.

Hi Dave, is there any chance of this app making its way onto an Android phone version? It'd save me writing Battlescribe data!

By the way, I'm still enjoying using this app, it's very handy.

It's just HTML and JS, so you should be able to view it on any mobile device. What happens when you go to the site on the android?

It works but it's tiny!

I'll do some research on what's a good resolution to test in and see what I can come up with for a mobile style sheet. What's yours? And how would move things around to make them fit? Or what would you get rid of?

I think the easiest way of making this work on phones would be to put the data into a format similar to battlescribe, if you haven't tried it you might want to take a look, there is a free version of the phone app. Sadly there doesn't seem to be a data file for Warmaster yet but it works well for Warhammer.

If you wanted to use your online version as a mobile app I think it would mean splitting it into more screens that you can toggle through somehow but that sounds like a lot of work. For now the current version works ok and I don't think it would be worth redoing unless you have the time and energy to make it into a 'proper'
Phone app

I don't have a smart phone and there's no screen shots on their website, can you describe it/what you're after? What resolution is your phone?

Hi Dave, I don't know about the resolution of the phone but it's fine for general internet browsing. The nice thing about Battlescribe (which also works on desktop computers) is that it has a dedicated mobile version that's designed with the smaller screen size in mind. There are some pictures of it on the Battlescribe blog here:

http://battlescribe.blogspot.co.uk/2012/03/battlescribe-mobile-11206b-released.html
Essentially it presents the same (or similar)  information as the current WM app but the presentatioin is different. The only way I can describe it is that it feels (to the user) like tabbed browsing. It also means that you can work on lists offline. Given the complexity of writing apps (I assume it's complicated) it may well not be worth the time it would take to set up.

Which android model is it? Is the screen portrait or landscape? I'm betting it's close to 320x480. Not sure if I could go much smaller than that.

It's an HTC one v, the screen can do landscape or portrait.
