Chaos Rituals (Magic) - "Dark Blood"; Hired Swords for Beastmen.

The spell "Dark Blood" has following description:

The Chaos Mage cuts his palm and his blood spurts out , burning flesh and armour

The attack has a range of 8" and causes D3 S5 hits . It hits the first model in ist path. ......

Questions:

Do I need to have line of sight to the model ?
Do objects like walls, boxe...etc. block the spell ? (Blood can spurt in curves)

Basicaly...... do I need to apply same rules as for shooting ?

Hired Swords for Beastmen Gang.

Beastmen Gang appeared with the Empire in Flames rules.

It´s especially stated that Beastmens never hire any Hired Swords unless specifically stated with the Hired Sword.

I found now updates on different Fan sites and indications at some hired swords that are telling....may be hired by any Gang.
Does this mean that Beastmen can take also this hired swords ? (Some have the indication....may not be hired by Beastmen, Chaos Gangs, ....etc)

LOS would be needed.

Correct, there are no approved Hired Swords that I can think of at the moment as they would more than likely eat them. If someone thinks of one let me know.

I've only found two hired swords that can be talen by beastmen and that is "Cursed Hillman" and "Chaos Emmisary". None of them are strikly speaking "offical" though, as far as I know.
