So at last I managed to field two fully painted armies worth 1200 points. My friend was interested in WM's mechanics so we played a battle with my armies and I thought it was a good opportunity for keeping a record.
I was playing Toomb kings and my friend Empire. Here it goes:
In the first turn all units moved forward except TK right flank brigade, that failed to recieve an order. Empire army took more defensive approach and was not too keen to get into run torwards the undead.

Another turn, brigades moved further, this time except the middle TK brigade. Undead cavalry brigade was split by artillery fire.

This was exploited by two knight units, which charged succesfuly into TK right flank brigade by following two subsequent orders. The only comfort for the skeletons was that the charged flank of the brigade was guarded by a Bone Giant.

The knight unit fighting the Giant ended the combat by draw and had to fall back. The other unit ran donw two skeleton units and ended up the chase in the flanking position to the TK middle brigade.. That didn't look well for the skellies, but fortunately, the damaged cavalry was succesfuly neutralised by concentrated fire from skull chucka and bowmen in next turn..

Now came the time for Undead counter attack. Two chariot units charged Empire infantry brigade. I was expecting to run the whole brigade down, but that was not what happened.. well one chariot unit joined by priest on chariot managed to destroy two infantry units apart from a single remaining stand.. but was destroyed along the way itself... and the priest was gone too of course...

The second unit draw one of the subseqent combat rounds and had to retreat - fortunately undamaged... And also a cavalry charge into Steamtank's flank ended by draw... oops....

After the last Empire knight unit moved into new position to threaten the flank of last untouched undead brigade, the TK made the last attempt to break through. Chariots and Carrion unit succesfuly charged newly reformed Empire infantry brigade, but alas!, the charge failed again...

The game ended on turn 7 (we chose random length of the game), when there was only one last TK stand to go to meet the breaking point. The Empire army took also lots of causalities, but managed to preserve more one stand units. Further more the untouched TK brigade had to retreat the full pace to protect it's flank from being charged by Knights next turn. So Empire gained minor victory.

We used +1 to command for the first order issued by each character on the first turn.
We also counted support before the combat, which is now generally regarded as an improvement I guess.
No ohter issue came up..
