It only took me like two years to get them from sculpt to production, hah.

From a technical point of view, i would not be able to create anything like this and i would say they are very nicely sculpted.

From a design point of view, I like ogres with a most important paunch for my part. Those looks strong but not really faty enough from my point of view. Not enough faty cheeks, double chin...

They look to much like tall humans. Considering the time passed on them, i would say it is disapointing.

I will not buy them just because of that. Not enough personality in an army made of those figs.

They were his first models! And in a scale he is unfamiliar with.  The only thing stopping me from buying them is that I would want some more proxies to fill up the Ogres Kingdoms list.

I'm also not looking to copy GW Ogres, but make a line of Ogres that can stand on their own. So mine are a bit more muscular than fat.

More sculpts will come if the first two sets sell. Including cavalry, artillery, leaders etc.

Ah OK, so I should buy some now is what you're saying? =-P

Fair enough!  I would beg you to create some kind of artillery as no one at all has tried to make Ogre launchers/cannons etc.

Stormwind, cannoneers is already created by Evil_and_chaos.

Evil_and_chaos: just an opinion, from your original ideas, what I prefere for future releases is hobgoblins

Do you mean the "Gnoblars", JChaos? Hobgoblins are the allies of the Chaos Dwarves, if I remember rightly.

Mind you I would love some hobgoblins exactly for that purpose to use with Eureka Chaos Dwarves.
