H: WM Orcs, WM Empire W: euros

I am listing this for a friend who is selling his WM collection.

He has a largish Orcs and Goblins army (at least 3 -4 copies of all units) and everything is still in its original blister.
He wants 15 euro per blister.

2 night goblin units
3 units of trolls
1 Orc characters 1 ogres
2 Orc warriors
1 black orcs
2 boar riders
1 goblin wolf boyz
1 Orc boss on wyvern
1 giant
1 goblin wolf chariot

Total of 16 blisters.
It would cost 240 euros but he can give it away for 200. If you want it I can have him take a picture

He also has a small empire army (roughly 1000 points). Everything is in its original packaging.

Total 11 blisters 154 euros

Would there be a discount for buying a large lot of orcs together or is 15e the rock bottom price?

He told me that depending on the number of blisters bought he can reduce the price from 1-3 euros per blister (i.e. 12-15 euros per blister)

I was wondering if 20 blisters or so would be enough for that discount?  My max budget for the common armies is £10 a unit, you see and I'm aiming to have around 2000 points worth.
