Man O War ship size

I'm thinking of making a Vassal mod for Man O War.

Can anyone tell me the size of the various Man O War ships? Exact dimensions of length and width would be great. Any photos from above would also be excellent. I have some counters, but don't know the right scale or if the images are right.
Details of the template dimensions and range bands are also needed.
