[Warning] BulletBits55, a Crook on Ebay
« on: June 03, 2015, 04:22:29 AM »
Hello all,

I have to warn you against the Ebay seller BulletBits55. He is a thief and a lyer.

He is one of the most important bits seller on Ebay, absed on the USA.

I had ordererd him some nice bits for my various projects and the package never arrived. It was in October 2014. Tracking clearly showed the package kept indicating "in transit" but never arrived to me.

I constantly warned the seller, asking for a proposal. When the last days before the end of the possible complaint, he proposed me to wait again and i did that as the guy seemed ok. He did not answered quickly but well. He sells loads of stuff each day so i was not astonished.

After that he barely answered my message. I sent several in months. And i was faire enough to propose either refund, resend of the stuff or even change in other bits he had and i was interested in.

He finally told me he had sent the stuff again. It was more or less within February 2015. I thanked him and asked him if there was a tracking number, but nothing arrived after that, or maybe a message without what i was asking.

Of course NOTHING EVER ARRIVED and i'm pretty sure the guy just never send any replacement stuff.

Now, he just keep ignoring my messages.

His negative feedbacks are clear : he do not cares when people have problems with his sells.

I had promised me i would warn people against him and i will send him a link to this message with pleasure.

DON'T BUY HIM ANYTHING, fair people of this forum !

For future reference: if he gave you a tracking # the first time both you and he would be covered. You could file for an "item no delivered" with the tracking #. eBay would then refund your money from his account. He could then petition eBay and get his money back from them because he bought a tracking #.

I've dealt with him before and never had a problem.

He asked me to wait when time for complaining was exhausted and the package did not arrived yet. it happened to me packages was delayed and finalyy arrived so i did not complained. I should have, that is clear.

The bad feedback of the guy are eloquent. It seems he really do not care when things go bad. All the negative notes are about things not arriving and seller do not care.

I think for my part a good seller is not a people who ship items. It's someone who is present when things are going bad.

Thanks for the heads up. I only use Pay Pal and I'm very up front with sellers that if the stuff hasn't arrived before the dispute time window is up I start a dispute, no 'ifs or buts'. That's what the system is for. You can always cancel the dispute if the stuff arrives in the meantime. As a buyer this has always worked for me and I've received full PayPal refunds for things that (on very rare occasions) that haven't arrived.

Sounds like you were bushwhacked by the fact that others seem to have had a good service from this guy and so you didn't think you needed to go down the dispute road.

Thanks for sharing anyway.

Dave

I've had good luck ordering from that seller before, both from ebay and his personal store.  Sorry to hear about your misfortune
