Double handed weapon & Lightning Reflexes

Hy guys

If my hero carries a double handed weapon and got the Lightning Reflexes skill, whats the correct order of attacks?
Can my hero strike first (if he´s got the higher Initiative), or does he have to strike last, because of the double handed weapon rule?

I think you would need the 'Strongman' skill first to negate the 'Strike Last', and then you can strike first with 'Lightning Reflexes' (and higher Initiative).
