« on: September 16, 2015, 07:57:41 AM »
cross post from tactical command, the weekend of 12-13th september was the EpicUK campaign weekend, which was a refight of the 3rd war of armageddon, here's a selection of pics I took during the event

Gargants under construction....

Angels of Redemption hold the line in the equatorial jungles...

Onrushing Feral orks

orks cluster round the big mek's complex....

....vultures swoop in and let fly a volley of missiles....

....KABOOM!!!

titans line up to face the gargant bigmobs...

Gargants ready for some krumpin!

Ferals prepare to sweep into helsreach

hardly a fair fight...

Gargants breach the defence line

orks prepare some dakka

a dormant gargant awakes in a building and surprises a reaver, chainsawing its legs off...

carnage all round

gargants begin to dominate (and explode)

an avalance of steel as two giants destoy each other in melee

my boss gargant 'surprises' the quake warlord and smashes him to bits

the final remaining warlord goes down swinging....

Boss 'Kaptin' Monfang's gargant loses its head

the final result.....a draw!!

Thanks for sharing.  It looks as though it was a lot of fun :).  I particularly like the Gargants under construction picture.

Yes, thanks. Some lovely models and good painting there!
I must get back into my Epic again - been distracted by other things....
