Restricting they heavy cavalry (knights) is something that I really consider as a good change for the game.
is it just the heavy cav or all narrow based cav, WMA has some different costs to fantasy for narrow based ( shock)
cav  ( 125 pts in medieval for knights as opposed to 110 in fantasy )

@Aquahog, I don't think HE Chariots are a problem that needs to be addressed.  Only 5+ armour and under WMR the lack of charge bonuses for advance moves will restrict their 'thud' factor compared to Silver Helms (or Cold Ones).

Good point. In Warmaster Ancients prior to the Medieval supplement pretty much all cavalry was 5+.

I think the command 10 thing is no big deal. With the rule changes to support and such, cavalry have lost a lot of their power. Using that high command to put your cavalry in a forward position would be a bad idea now.
