Epic scale- 6mm or 10mm?

Sorry for stupid question but whats the epic scale? 6mm or 10mm? I have seen acution of somebody selling 6mm Epic army that I wanted but is it him being mistaken or are there different scales for Epic? Please let me know ASAP ;) Thanks

Epic, as in Epic Space marines would be 6mm. Some of the figures are bigger then that obviously, but read through the forums and you see enough pictures to get an idea

Epic is a 6mm game. There were a few scale creep sculpts back in the E40k era (97-98) that were closer to 8mm, but all are still technically 6mm.

The only thing GWs done in 10mm is Warmaster and its spin offs.

All the editions' miniatures are compatible with EA. The basing is very flexible and the counts-as rule allows you to use pretty much anything that's out there.
