Tale of Warmaster Painters: October 2020
« on: October 18, 2020, 04:13:59 AM »
Hi all, time for the October update.  My Orc and Goblin horde is finally nearing completion - I'll post a full gallery once it's all done.  For now, here's the latest instalment: loathsome trolls

great paint job on great minis

How is the grass on the bases done: Pre-made tufts, if so what length? Or a static grass applicator thingy?

Thanks Apocolocyntosis - I agree these are some really lovely models!  I initially used static grass with an applicator, but given the space on these bases I upgraded to some 2mm tufts.

great, thanks, had just been looking into buying some new bits for WM bases and was wondering about grass length/method etc (used up my old supply of tufts on high elves months ago)

Brilliant. Love the ball and hoops!
