Here are my delayed offerings
1 unit of herdkin, decided to use n scale trees to help differentiate between very similar infantry models.

8 units of chariots.

Now just 9 units of herdkin and 9 units of beastherd and I am done :)
If anyone knows where to get small 10mm scale trees from cheap in the UK, I would appreciate the info :)

Looking good, it's nice to see that there are so many excellent beastmen figures out there... Not that I'm allowed another project just yet!

As for trees, Kallistra sell what they call 10mm scale trees though I'm not sure if they're (a) to scale, or (b) any good. They look ok in the picture on their website.

So after a long hiatus due to many things that I will not bore you all with, please find my 10 units of Herdkin making 11 in total.
I did get a bit phased by these and then bored so there are some weird colour combos in there.
Like my blue tzeentigors ;)

A few group shots.

Now fo rthe individual units.

Here are the full army shots.
Only took 4 months for this one (would have taken less without the painters block and shoulder injury :()

Some gratuitous army shots.

Onwards and upwards.
Looking forward to a reboot of the tale soon :)

Greetings Azrael!

As always great stuff and a wonderful inspiration. I especially like the way you managed to distinguish the units with their unique colour scheme but at the same time they still look like a part of a bigger force. Well done!

By the way, are you finished with beastie-boys? If no what else is left to paint? If not - what is a new project?

Cheers!

Thanks Swordmaster.
No that is the beastmen finished.

Next project is BKC british 10mm at 3000 points, started these today, boy can you paint them fast.
My mate said "oh I just spray the tanks and drybrush them".
I thought he was kidding, even taking your timethe tanks are basically one colour of green with maybe a second colour for camo in later theatres.

I am out of undercoat and bases so the artillery and infantry support may have to wait, but I think this will be a quick diversion.

Then it is on to 3k of Albion And Bretonnian at the same time (shared troops).
Need to sort out a hippogriff and a grail reliquae though ;)

That should take me up to Christmas.
