My friend got a Bret army from Pendraken simply to do something "cheap and dirty" with an eye to possibly using it as a historical / crusader list.  We had a tournament and he basically built up the army quick just to have a go at it.  He had no time to try and source true proxy figures for the Trebuchet, and Eureka only released the Pegasus Knights months after he had built the army.

Really smart. Any chances to see a close up of the knights. They seems very nice in the "aerial" photos, full of colors and fitting really good as bretoninan army.

I'm toying with the idea with both which I am hoping to pick up this weekend (warfare show in Reading) so hopefully, by next weekend, I'll have a answer for you!

What supplier would you get a Trebuchet from?

I think Kallistra for the Trebuchet (2 models per pack) which should cover it.

My Pendraken nights.....

Grail nights (2 units)

Knights (9 units)

If you would like some more photos, let me know and I will put some more up.

I like the idea of a peasant list, my only concern would be a low breaking point (from my limited knowledge, lesser troops don't count towards moral?), which means protecting your knights which kind of takes the sting out of the army?

Your infantry units will form the "towers and walls" of your castle, with the knight in the "courtyard" ready to sally forth.....

Ooh like that! Looking at the army, 6 units of knights (10 if you count the squires) could be pretty handy.

 :)

I see you made grial knight wiht elm37, and bretonian kinghts with gothic knights. I really like them. Those pictures are ok for me. You had done a great work in the color scheme, very efective for bretonians.

Thanks for the pictures.

So...... I picked up some trebuchets today as well as some Pegasus knights. I bought the knights from pendraken, and the pegasus from magistermilitant. Only question is, is how do the Pegasus knights work? I pressume they are mounted 3 to a base, or are they mounted singularly? Points wise, am I right in thinking they are 80 points per base?
Thought I would clear that up before basing them!

http://wm-selector.appspot.com/army_selector.html?list=bretonniantournament

Size is 3 so they are based like cavalry or giant eagles and you get 3 bases of them to an 80 point unit.  Depending on size I would say you only need to put 1 or 2 per base.
