newbie questions

I made the plaguefleet cards, i will only ever need the khorne and nurgle cards.  but i will need all of the magic and original man o'war cards but i do not know how many, would it be too much to ask for a listing of them?  or show me where there is a list.

Don't think a list exists, if it did it be in the Sea of Claws yahoo group files section. I can get you a count but listing each one would be too tedious.

It'll take me a few days (and maybe a reminder  ) but I'll fairly soon have access to the cards and a scanner. There's not too many of them.
I don't have the plaguefleet cards, but sounds like you have that sorted.

The Man O War cards are pretty far from balanced, but I'm not sure if that's enough to matter (Some cards give +1 armour to low areas, others give +1 armour to the entire ship!).

I think I will just purchase the lot of them on ebay but just want to make sure before I do so I know I am getting them all.

Don't worry about scanning them all if you don't want too, that would be a lot of work just to make a ton of work but maybe something nice to post for anyone else who just wants to get into the game as well at a later date.

Assuming I have the full set (which I should, I bought a mostly intact 2nd hand copy)- there's 32 magic cards (4 of each wind) and 32 Man o War cards.

At some point I'll be scanning them all, and many ship templates too. I want to try and make a Vassal version of Man o War (should be much easier than the Warmaster one I'm doing!).

I have all 64 in "unplayed" condition from ebay in the mail right now.  should be here next week.  Then I can start playing the empire fleet with a wizard and really start playing it.

Since I am going with the original templates on a magnet sheet backing, how could I attach the man o'war cards to the ship templates as their is no space for them on the template as their are on the chaos templates for the "chaos rewards" cards?  just some kind of paper clip I guess.

I put mine in sleeves and tuck the under the templates.
