Digging the paymaster, what parts did you use for it?

Indeed. Ever since I saw that army on the Pendraken forum I've considered it to be one of the most coherent and unique armies out there.

Thank you Aquahog and Ole!  I certainly have learned and been inspired by people like you on the forums.  But I must say, I really am impressed by a lot of peoples work here.  There is some real talent!

Dry_erase: I love the hero on bone dragon, the scarab certainly looks perfect in the photos
Mdivancic: Wonderful colors, I like that your red chariot still ties in a little blue to match the army.  I need to find ways to tie in more colors to my army like that.
Rowlybot: Love the paymaster and the wizard on pegasus!

Thanks. I need to work on my lighting for the photos. The Highlighting that is there is much more apparent in person. The skeletons still need some white highlights and the one horse need the mould line removed or hidden (Damn, missed that).

I'm using three primary colors for units: Blue, Red and Black in that order. If I have more than three unit types I'll repeat the colors. Make it easier to keep the unit's together on the table. I'll also very the browns on the shields when repeating the primary colors.

Mike

Yep. I was trying to get some decals printed for them but the printers in my life wouldn't cooperate.  I'll be basing them up and posting pics tonight.

[ENTRY]

I was hoping to get some decals on these for the banners but ran into printer problems. These are "done enough" for the Tale, but I hope to come back to them at one point for the banners, one more dullcote and grass tufts for the Warmonger Miniatures store.

To respond to the queries RE the Pay Wagon - all I can say is what empireaddict informed me as he gave me the wagon!

Apparently the main body is from Magister Militum, it's one of their 15mm Orc chariots.
The wheels are GW Empire artillery wheels which I believe were left over after Jim made his war wagons for his Kislev.
The paymaster himself I added and he's just a generic GW Empire hero from the character pack, he's pinned through his cloak to the side.
The driver, I haven't a clue.
The horses and the yoke, also no clue.
And in the back I added a couple of 28mm ammo crates from a ww2 universal carrier and two of the teeny-tiny treasure chests that came on the Bretonnian Men-at-Arms sprues which I randomly had, plus a spare wheel cos every wagon needs a spare.

Cheers for the motivation with the thread. Seeing the 2nd July approaching and realising I actually need to paint more than 5 units to get my Dogs of War up to 2000pts means I may have been a little 'light' with my next pledge!
