Greens are in the mail, and surveys went out to the backers today.

Greens have arrived, I should be able to pick them up Monday. Assuming everything's good I'm hoping to get them down to the mold guy Tuesday or Wednesday.

I would say that these are of the quality of GW sculpts, which is the best compliment I can give 10mm models. =D

I'm pretty happy with them too. I needed to touch up a few things yesterday but now they're down at my caster as of this morning.

Good news - do you have an ETA for them being cast?

Nothing official, I'm guessing the end of the month though.

He did a test master mold today with one strip. The vulcanization had to be cooler than normal so took a little longer, the master and green apparently came out good though.

Heading down tomorrow morning to take a look at the masters. The pikes might see a brass rod introduced before casting to strengthen then. That's dependent on cost and quality, however.

Yeah I think I'm going to have to give in and get a few of both these units!

Are the sales looking strong enough to warrant you moving onto crossbowmen? (I seem to remember you saying that was next after pikemen)

The backers have pre-ordered an additional 100 units beyond what sold on KS. Assuming those all come through I'm in pretty good shape finance-wise, hopefully I'll sell some more too once they're up on the website.

Given that, another unit would be in the cards this year. It'll either be crossbowmen, handgunners or halberdiers.
